WHAT ARE YOUR MEANS OF PAYMENT?

I WISH TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE?

Yes, you have 48 hours from the moment your order has been made.

Just send us an e-mail and we will cancel your order and we will refund you within 30 days. 



IT LACKS ARTICLES TO MY ORDER, WHERE ARE THEY?

 
We have several suppliers, when you place your order, each supplier is responsible for sending his product. It is possible that you receive several packages even if you have only one order.

If you order 5 different items, you can receive 5 different packages that will arrive at different times (some faster, others slower).

By cons if you order 3 times the same product they will all be in the same package. 



DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?


Absolutely, we can send your orders worldwide. However, free shipping is available wordwide.

Delivery times vary from 7 to 15 days.
We are doing everything we can to make it as short as possible

CHANGES, RETURN AND REFUNDS

Change (before reception)

- I changed my mind on my article, what to do?

If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to change and we will do the necessary. Please note that any order changes must be made within 2 hours of the original purchase, you will have no additional charges.

- Can I change my article after receiving confirmation by email?

Unfortunately no. All items that have been confirmed by email, are definitive and can not be changed, you will need to return a product.

- And if my product is defective?

In case of defective product, you have the possibility to receive the same product or to simply make you refund after the return of the defective one. 

Return

- I do not like my article, can I send it back?

Returns are accepted (**) only if they do not exceed 14 days after receipt of the package. However to guarantee a refund, all products returned must be in perfect condition. Return costs are your responsibility. Proof of postage must then be communicated to us by email as proof of delivery.

** Promotional items are not eligible for returns.

 

Change (after receipt)

- Can I return the item and exchange it?

Provided that the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Send us an email and we'll take care of the rest. The cost of the return is yours, however the expenses of the new sending will not be charged to you.

- How long do the repayments take?

Refunds can take up to 30 business days, depending on the payment system chosen during the purchase.

- I still have not received my refund?

Please inform us immediately by email if you have not received it after 30 working days.

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

-What is your refund policy ?

All purchased items may be refunded, subject to management approval and approval, subject to the following conditions:

 Requests for returns are accepted within 15 working days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their condition, delivered with all their parts and labels.

Damaged / defective / incomplete products can not be exchanged.

The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective.

 The management reserves the right to refuse any return and / or refund and each case is subject to the sole decision of the company.

The company will not be responsible for any error in the shipping addresses provided by the customer and will be subject to return of the product before receiving a refund.

Any change of address is subject to the prior approval of management and orders shipped and / or complete are no longer editable.
