ARTICLE 1: SCOPE
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through our website.
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature and content of the order. Our site confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer to the e-mail address that it has communicated. The sale will be concluded from the validation of the payment of the order that is to say the date of validation of payment for orders paid online by credit card or the date of receipt of payment by check. Final date of delivery of the order: during the passage of the order and on the acknowledgment of receipt of order, a delivery time is communicated to customers. It is calculated by summing the time of the longest product to the delivery time of the transport mode selected by the customer.
From the passage of the order, to the shipment of it, the customer has the possibility of canceling his order.
Particularities:
Pre-order items: upcoming articles are available on our pre-order site. This reservation is made with the indication of an exit date announced by the publisher at the time of the opening of the reservation phase. This release date can be changed at any time by the publisher who is solely responsible for the marketing of his product.
In all cases, from the date of final sale, to ship the items to customers who have booked, up to the stock provided by the publisher for the day of release.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE
Prices quoted in dollar are deemed net, excluding postage. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and preservation of the products. They can be changed at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be billed on the basis in effect at the registration of the order. All orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or relay point. The delivery time includes the manufacturing time for printing, preparation of the package plus the time of delivery. The buyer is notified by email of the various stages of the follow-up of his order: that of preparation and that of delivery.
ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - RETRACTION
The items provided by our site are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all referenced publishers and suppliers.
In the event of an item being defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 15 business days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF PROPERTY - TRANSFER OF RISKS
The transfer of ownership of the products for the benefit of the purchaser, will be realized after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of said products. On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will not be realized from delivery and reception of these products by the purchaser.

The present general conditions of sale as well as the tariffs are expressly approved and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and recognizes to have a perfect knowledge, and renounces, thus, to take advantage of all contradictory document and, in particular, its own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase resulting in acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
